The organization that registers with ClassCore is the person responsible for the processing of personal data (Controller). ClassCore acts as a processor and provides only the technical infrastructure. ClassCore is responsible for the technical security of the data.

3. Data Collection

When using ClassCore, the following data may be processed: first name, last name, phone, email of the organization representative; personal information of the parent and student, including date of birth and study history.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes: execution of the service contract, organization of the learning process, communication with parents, accounting of fees and production of financial documentation.

5. Data Retention and Protection

Data is stored on certified ClassCore servers. Data is stored during the term of the service contract and for 1 year after its termination. We use SSL encryption and strict access control.

6. User Rights

You have the right to receive information about your data, request its correction, update or deletion. You can also withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
